Hi and welcome to Fortyfour16.com. My passion for cycle sport goes back to 1982 when as a fresh faced teenager I took part in my first BMX race. As a young man my bike gave me freedom, independence and a love of the outdoors that has lasted to this day. Through cycling I have been fortunate to travel the world, have some great adventures and met some very interesting people. I have competed in various other cycle sports including Road Racing, Time Trials, Mountain Biking and even Cycle Speedway, as well as a few Ironman Triathlons and Marathons along the way. But it's not just about racing, one of my biggest pleasures is to go for a ride with my son on his first bike. I hope with my enthusiasm for cycling I can bring you some exciting new products and make the time you spend on your bike just that little bit more special.
